q: Should we be more defensive with the stringifying? I think we have a helper for that now 🤔.
Emit the `gen_ai.tool.call.result` attribute from `@sentry/conventions` instead of the deprecated `gen_ai.tool.output` alias across all AI integrations (LangChain, LangGraph, Vercel AI). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
